
Overview
The Gemini 8KTDI is a new-generation TDI camera developed by Tucsen to address the challenging inspection. The Gemini not only offers outstanding sensitivity in the UV range but also takes the lead in applying 100G CoF technology to TDI cameras, significantly improving line scan rates. Additionally, it features Tucsen’s stable and reliable cooling and noise-reduction technology, providing more consisten and accurate data for inspections.
Excellent imaging performance in the UV spectrum
Gemini 8KTDI has excellent imaging performance in the UV spectrum, especially at 266nm wavelength, the quantum efficiency is as high as 63.9%, which makes it a significant improvement over the previous generation TDI technology and has great advantage in the field of UV imaging applications.

8K Line Frequency Up to 1Mhz
The Gemini 8KTDI camera pioneers the integration of a 100G high-speed interface in TDI technology and is optimized for diverse application needs with different modes: 8-bit/10-bit high-speed mode supporting line rates up to 1 MHz and 12-bit high dynamic range mode with line rates up to 500 kHz. These innovations enable the Gemini 8KTDI to achieve double the data throughput of the previous generation TDI cameras.

Advanced Cooling Technology
Thermal noise from prolonged operation is a key challenge for grayscale accuracy in high-end imaging. Tucsen's advanced cooling technology ensures stable deep cooling, minimizes thermal interference, and delivers precise, reliable data.
